Q1. How do you ship ? Do you offer express shipping ?

A1. Our standard shipping is through Delhivery & India Post Speed Post. We'll always send you the tracking ID once your package has been shipped.

Q2. ​What are the typical delivery timelines ?

A2. We ship our printed products orders within 48-72 hours of order confirmation and upon receiving the payment. For printing services (including bulk orders / offset printing), which is a customized service, the delivery timeline depends on your order. Printing is the final step and we print only after back and forth communication with you about the design and confirming other details. Hence, we cannot give an exact number of days. Please be assured that we ensure professional timelines.

The deliveries typically take 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch depending on you location from us and the type of service (AirMail or Surface). Please drop us a message if you have any question about this.

Q3. How do I receive the consignment ?

A3. Please ensure that you are available at the time of delivery, since your signature is required for receiving the consignment. Else, the parcel goes back to the post office. The post office keeps it for some time, and if unclaimed, will ship it back to us. In the case the package is unclaimed and shipped back to us, we will be unable to refund your amount even if we receive it. If you want us to resend it, shipping your order again will be possible only once we receive the reshipping charges from you.
