NOTE: The spine (gusset) is the built-in thickness of the folder that lets it expand to hold more pages without bulging. A 0 mm spine is flat and best for slim sets; 5 mm adds a small boxed fold for medium stacks; 10 mm is a deeper box fold for thicker kits. As a rule of thumb, 1 mm ≈ 8–10 sheets of 80–100 gsm paper, so choose 0 mm for up to ~15 sheets, 5 mm for ~15–50 sheets, and 10 mm for ~50–100 sheets. Note that lamination and heavier inserts slightly reduce capacity, while the gusset’s extra creases add rigidity and a small amount of weight.
