Return & Exchange Policy

At Aretha, each item we supply goes through strict quality check ensuring defect-free undamaged condition. We hope you love Aretha products and never need to come to this page. But in an extremely rare case that you do, here is our return policy:

For Returns

Contact us within: 2 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery

 

For services, we don't accept exchanges.

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be exchanged or returned:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:​

  • Items on sale

  • Wholesale/Corporate Printing services 

  • Any additional designing services

 

Conditions of return/exchange

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Colours on various digital screens vastly vary, hence there may be some gap between what you see online and actual item colour depending on your device’s settings.  All these will not be considered as defects and no exchange/return request will be entertained.

  • Products in sets cannot be returned individually.

  • Any product purchased on discount prices / sales offer will not be returned or exchanged.

 
Cancellation

Please request for cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders once shipped can’t be cancelled.

Refund:
Exchanges and replacements will be delivered within 5-7 Days

We do not issue refunds for services. On products, we accept only exchanges. Please contact us for the same.
