How do I opt for premium shipping option ?

If you want a premium shipping option, you can please message us with your choice. We'll create that shipping upgrade option in the listing.

We have deliberately not added a universal shipping upgrade amount since the shipping rates for the private couriers vary a lot depending on the destination and the package size. We want to be fair and charge the exact amount (not overcharge you) applicable to you depending upon your location. Hence, please message us before placing your order for shipping upgrade.

What are the typical delivery timelines ?

We ship our orders within 48-72 hours of order confirmation and upon receiving the payment. The deliveries typically take 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch. You may chose an express delivery option if you want a faster delivery. Please note that the deliveries may be impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Please drop us a message if you have any question about this.

How do I receive the consignment ?

Please ensure that you are available at the time of delivery, since your signature is required for receiving the consignment. Else, the parcel goes back to the post office. The post office keeps it for some time, and if unclaimed, will ship it back to us. In the case the package is unclaimed and shipped back to us, we will be unable to refund your amount even if we receive it. If you want us to resend it, shipping your order again will be possible only once we receive the reshipping charges from you.
